These terms apply when you use twanaanderson.com or buy from Peace of Mind Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.

Digital products and courses

  • After checkout, you get your PDF or course login by email right away.
  • Course access lasts as long as we offer the course.
  • Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices for future purchases.

Refunds

All sales are final because our products are instant digital downloads. If your file won’t open or your login doesn’t work, reply to your receipt email and we’ll fix it.

Coaching sessions

You book sessions through our booking page and pay when you book. To reschedule, give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you miss a session without 24 hours’ notice, the session is billed and cannot be rescheduled.

How you may use what you buy

Your purchase is for your own personal use. You may print it and save it to your devices. You may not share, resell, copy or post our products, courses or downloads, in whole or in part. Everything on this site belongs to Peace of Mind Enterprises, LLC unless we say otherwise.

Education, not professional advice

Our content, products, coaching and courses are for education and encouragement. They are not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. Twana is a certified life coach sharing her experience. She is not a doctor, therapist, attorney or financial advisor.

Our scripts are examples. You decide when and how to use them at your own job. If you face harassment, discrimination or retaliation at work, talk with HR or an employment attorney. Results vary from person to person. We do not promise any specific outcome at work or in your life.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using our site, products or coaching. If we are ever found responsible, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Maryland.
